Requests are reviewed against the current roster and posted capacity. A reply is sent using the contact channel you provided.

Cut-off times and administrative windows follow internal scheduling rules in effect at the time of the request. Specific outcomes depend on availability.

Records

Correspondence may be retained for ordinary operational records, as described in the privacy notice.
